The result is sometimes wild, sometimes classic creations of juices, smoothies and bowls, and coffee in all variations. Because some of the team eat a vegan diet themselves, guests can order cappuccino with fresh Bavarian cow's milk as well as with rice, almond or oat milk. And everything else on the plate - from spreads to cashew cheese to banana bread - is lovingly homemade, without animal products and, of course, free of additives.
